Here’s another Inktober-ish sketch for you all! I’ve been in a Legend of Zelda kind of mood lately as well as a Halloween-y one, and ghosts, mummies, skeletons, and other Halloween-y things feature commonly in Zelda games so that was fine with me

I thought of drawing a group shot of all of the witch characters from all of the games, but honestly they’re all pretty interchangeable and uninteresting. That is all except Maple from the Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages games who has been given quite a bit of characterization. While all of the other witches spend all their time stirring cauldrons and selling you magic potions and powders, Maple zooms around on her broom stealing your rupies. Sometimes she rides a vacuum or even a UFO! She’s rather vain, wanting at one point to steal your valuable cuccoo egg to fit in with her egg-owning friends, but she has a fondness for reading and touching stories.
