I was only wondering because in October there's a convention in London and a YuGiOh photoshoot thing. I was thinking about doing random YuGiOh characters and get changed after each photo or something. I am already going as Judai (*Squeals*) and am considering making a Yusei outfits too (Yusei, or maybe Yami...or a card character).

plastic ornaments. they already came in halves too, so all I had to do was paint them.
the smaller ones onthe collar and gloves were some of those plastic googly-eye things (I cut them open and just used the clear part, which I also painted)

I've fixed up the wig a little bit since I first styled it, but that tutorial shows how I made it the first time.
Yes, I did make the costume :3
The shoulder bubbles were plastic ornament halves that I found at the hobby store. I just painted the insides orange.
