=Shinerai has been one of my all time favourite deviants ever since 2006. I have always looked at their work and dreamed of becoming a good artist. With those years of practice and dedication I finally feel good enough to do fanart of Shin.Enjoy! and I hope you like it <33

oh my gosh, wow 3: This is absolutely wonderful, you have a very nice smooth style. I particularly enjoy your use of line weight <3 What program did you create this in? I really love the colors you've used in this, it's probably one of my favorite parts! (I have such a weakness to color XD) I just love the saturation you've brought in here, the burnt orange of his legs and face, and the lovely rust colored markings. What makes the color scheme even better his how you've used a saturated purple shadow. Man I just eat that up D: And a texture! Where did you get that lovely texture? And the background is cute too, with the checkers TT_TT I don't even know how to say all the things I like about it because I like it all. He looks so dainty, which is cuuuute xD

I'm so glad you like it! I used paint tool Sai to draw/colour, and then I edited it on Photoshop Cs5. I put two textures on it, one was overlayed (found on CG Textures), the 'lines' effected was a pattern overlay which I found in google images.

What program do you use, is it just Microsoft paint, because i am still trying to figure out how you get those lines up in there.

its not that, its just that the lines in the image's colouring itself, is it a texture?

Its a pattern overlay, I have no idea how I got that particular one, but you can find some by searching something like 'download photoshop patterns'. To apply it, I'd find a tutorial but its not that hard, I just dont know exactly how to explain it. Its under 'layer style' if that helps. c:
