Bronthunds are a desert dwelling giant canine, they are apart of a group seperate from smaller canids called “Amasian Giant Dogs” or “AGD” for short. They evolved from domestic dogs.

Most Bronthunds are domesticated by red beardrags, they were worshipped and treated like gods. Every villager is required to have one, and pups are matched to fit their needs. These dogs are the only mode of transport in the desert. Humans cannot control an adult so they can only ride puppies. Bronthunds are also used for hunting trips, the hunter carries spears and stab smaller prey while Bronthunds do the work for much larger prey.

In the wild, they are more viscous around prey, hunting in packs containing one alpha male and a group of females or young males, the prey would be pinned down, belly exposed and the alpha rams his tusks into the stomach and either twists or shake his head side to side to open the wound up some more. The said prey would suffer an immensely slow and painful death and also watch itself being eaten alive. Luckily they don’t bother with humans.
