I painted a little shot glass with Rarity's cutie mark and pyrographed her cutie mark onto a cork coaster to go with the glass.
It is slightly ironic for me to work with shotglases (I don't like alcohol so I always require the assistance of friends whenever I need working materials such as empty beverage bottles ), but there is going to be a series of MLP shotglases comming up and maybe I can sell a few of them at an upcomming art auction in Cologne.
Since the coaster is mostly blocked by the glass in the above picture, here is a scan just of the coaster:

I don't have an actual favorite pony myself since I cannot consider all of the others whom I appreciate for their individual different and difficult to compare qualities "not favorite". But I think Rarity is the one who gained most in my appreciation since I first became a brony. It is not that I had disliked her back then or anything, but at the time I thought that I would probably least relate to her with me being not much into fashion or the like. I proved myself deadwrong when I wrote my fanfiction "Lessons in Quirks" in which I noticed just how much fun it was to write Rarity. Also I appreciate her great creativity.
During a stage play of the Hearth's Warming Carol which friends of mine and I performed at two Brony Meetups in 2017 I ended up with the role of Princess Platinum (as Rarity did) and was told that I could do the arrogant princess part rather well

I think the idea behind what she's about is supposed to be a positive bait and switch. Take one look at how she looks and talks and most probably brush her off as a snobby mean girl stereotype. But once they realize how much she genuinely cares about others more then herself. And she holds a deep appreciation for those she cares about. It's easy to see her as a true roll model.

Oh sorry, I hope my remark didn't spoiler anything. In any case it is something for you to look forward to. It is nice to know you too appreciate the joy of looking forward to something rather than trying to watch everything immediately (a main reason for me not to wait was that I would have undoubtedly been spoilered had I not watched the special not too long after its release).

No worries Luckily I only know one other brony in real life. So avoiding spoilers has been easy-ish.
But yeah. I want the moment to be perfect. A warm seat, A nice drink snuggling up with my plushies. That's how I like to watch the show
