Description
With Vinyl and Octavia Day 2018 of Equestria Daily (May 28th) drawing closer, I finished this marker drawing of the Ponyville musicians.
When I drew the image, I had the joke of Vinyl propelling a vinyl disk record by running / dancing on it while an unenthusiastic Octavia has to play the part of the pickup with the end pin of her cello as the stylus in mind. I had not been aware of the English word for the "Tonabnehmer" being "pickup" though and learned that one only when searching for a title for the image. I do hope the "pick-up artist" joke works out without this explanation here in the text

I was hoping for the pun to work out (I am not a native speaker and was uncertain if the record player related use of the term "pickup" is still common knowledge in a time when vinyl disks and vinyl record playes are not so common anymore).
