Not the Phoenix from X-men - but based on her i guess... I did this as a design for a tattoo for a friend... Biro drawing

It's just practice practice practice! The anatomy isn't perfect on this drawing, i can still see flaws, lote of them, but it means i know what to watchout for next time

That's beautiful... but it almost looks more like a Harpy to me, than a Phoenix... ethier way... I'd kill for a tattoo like this one! :-D Great job, hun!

Aaaahhhh.... yeah - a harpy! Never thought of it like that! Well the guy who wanted me to design the tattoo said 'A New Age Phoenix' - so this is what i came out with. I wanted to add fire but it's really hard 2 draw so i may or may not - i'll work on it, perhaps that would make it look more like a phoenix!!!! hmmm...
