Description
Another poke_arts exchange, this time for pacificpikachu. These are the generation V version of pidgeot.
Game birds! The male's mask makes me think mexican wrestler though. If I ever use one of these guys I'll probably name it El Birdo Mas Macho or something. x)PS. Unfezant is a terrible name. Unfezant? Un-pheasant? But it is a pheasant! It's basically a pheasant! Or is it meant to be like...Unpleasant? That's not very nice!

Could also mean "unfazed", like how an Unfezant feels when it faces off against Elite Four Marshal.

I think it's supposed to be a mix of Pheasant and Unfazed. Because they kinda went with a 'peaceful' theme (Lol, Tranquill) for the names.
Still utterly silly.

I love the female one. I was lucky to get her the first time but she's so useful, she helps me fly around and she helps me get the pokemon I want to capture. Truely marvelous birds, second to Pideot and Staravia (I love them too)

The Staraptor line was amazing. Brave Bird and Close Combat were just the most useful moves to give them, aaaw yes. If Unfezant can live up to that then I am satisfied.

how can a bird learn Close Combat? I never evolve mine. But I used a male fearow for diamond and a male Pigeot for SoulSilver, this one is my first female flyer

Staraptor learns it naturally at lvl 34. It's amazing for shutting down rock types and made Staraptor my final team flyer instead of any of the other pokebirds in DP. So useful!
Possibly it doesn't learn it if you don't let it evolve from Staravia...

My inferape knows that move. For the first one my crobat was my main method, then a let fearow take over for him. But in Pokemon Rangers my main partner is Starly

mech pencils are definitely more convenient but normal pencils have their good properties too... It's way easier to get line variation and do shading, for example. I should probably use them more...

It's "unpleasant" because there is a certain point in a pigeon's life where it becomes territorial and mean.
