I was thinking a barefoot big footed pearl but this time she was painting until she dropped one and is stepping in it?
Well actually relating to my username, it's more like pearl painting until she dropped a bucket and stepped in blue paint *Her feet aren't covered in it but she is just on it* and caused her feet to grow? Much like the previous pic, but it isn't blue paint, it's growth stuff?
