i use photoshop a lot (this pic is on oekaki though)
mabe it's because it's in psd format so when you're finish
to to web save then it'll let you convert it in to gif,png, jpeg.
i reccomend jpeg because gif it's too heavy ><
but do it on high (60-80) because if you're over that it's way too heavy...
