A drawing I did for my uncle, as my Mom wanted me to try and do something for him since he wants my original pieces. My family keeps saying I'll become famous someday and wanted to keep one of my original so they could show it off...we'll see if that will happen. It would be nice but I highly doubt I'll be famous : PThat's another story though XD So for it I drew Katrina cuz I wanted to o3o It's been a long time since I've done traditional work...and it needs some practicing
and I apologize if her feet seem in a impossible position. Sort of done on purpose since I wanted them to look delicate though I could have distinguished the toes more. Anyways! Hope you guys enjoy it.Katrina "Kat" Welch © Mine!

First off, you've done a beautiful over all piece! It's elegant and ethereal feel to it, fitting for the subject matter. The pose is strong, invoking a sense of almost a fetal nature of the foreground figure. The facial expression is rather peaceful, almost as if she's asleep. The coloring came out beautifully the juxtaposing of the colors of her outfit and hair stand rather staunchly against the cooler violets and blues of the background, but still allows the eye to focus on the more potent tones of her top and the necklace. The flow of blue coming from the pendeant works really well, giving the whole piece a really nice sense of movement! The translucent effect of the wings really came out beautifully. All and all well done!

And I totally agree! So glad it's not over $4 XD Here I think the lowest I saw it go was $3.13 (which is what I paid yesterday and the day before I paid about $3.19)

This picture is beautiful. It really has a majestic feel to it with the way you drew the swirling colors around her. Also, I think the feet look fine, only reason I looked at the feet again was you mentioned it.
