A tank's role is usually the frontline in the battlefield and they are hardest to kill.
They are the ones who take the damage from enemies, which is why they need an insane amount of defense an life points for them not to die easily. Their job is to protect their allies who have low life (ex:mages).
Samples of tanks are Paladins from Ragnarok Online.

Amazing! I like these clothing designs for the girls way better than the origanal ones, though cat should keep her hair down. Looks better with it in third job. Lol and she also looks like a female version of Lion if you look very closly XD
