Empathetic: She is a very compasionate person due to her abulity at reading/feeling others emotions.
Gentle: To a certian extent, Cynebil is maternalistic and serene, she would never be the first one to start a fight.
Positive: She is an optimistic person, not so much that it gets on other people nerves, but she definitely looks for the best in everything.
  Shrewd: Cynebil is very astute and perspective, leading her to be quite the judgmental person (because she is usually right).
  Parsimonious: If she doesnt not have to spend money, she wont. She is very stingy and will always try to get a better deal.
  Materialistic: While she would deny this, Cynebil can be quite selfish when it comes to her own appearence, she always wants to look her best. Just because she lives at sea is not an excuse to let one go.

Backstory:
Growing up as a foreigner in Sukanshuutou was hard for Cynebil as a young girl. She was around 10 when her father, a British man, took her and her mother, an Indian woman, to the small island due to business. Settling in the Spring Kingdom, her father made sure that Cynebil and her mother had a life worth living, helping create a trading empire within Sukanshuutou that enabled them to live a comfortable life after the war.
While her life was relatively comfortable, growing up among the strict social hierarchy between classes was hard to maneuver. Torn between three cultures, Cynebil was always unsure on how to act, so she learned the rules and tried to stick to them. Growing up, the young woman was often described as strict and prudish, but it hid a sweet and fun-loving person that not many got to know. People would prefer to stare than interact with the genial girl, so she put forth all her energy into fashion.
Embracing her outsider roots she wanted to create fashion that was influenced by other cultures and make a career out of it. However, it would have to wait until the fashion of the times were ready. Now she wears her own designs and embraces the stares with smiles. She’s not ashamed of who she is.

Her sclera is a light blue, her iris is dark purple, and her pupil is yellow, just like Shuppet's.
