I notice most people make their characters in COH look unnaturally disproportionate because the defaults are... special...

I really do try to make then not seem so... unbalanced? For lack of a better word. But I complacently understand. I didn't want to make her ... well like you said, "sickly anorexic with balloons." :-D

I was playing once and saw someone's fairy who seemed to have breasts at the largest size, while the waste and limbs were as skinny as they could be. I asked why her fairy was like that and how she could stand up. They said it was so they could have more lung space breath better when they fly.
It's a shame breasts are not lungs... XD
