Wow this took soooo long! I tell you, 4+ hours. No joke y'all.The idea just came to me; I really liked the fluffy kimonos the girls in Love Hina Christmas Special were wearing, so I appilied it to Mario Bros. Don't know what the festival is, I'll let you guys use your imaginations ~_^
