The beginning of a journey.. I’ve been a Star Wars fan since I was 8, and an artist since I could hold a pencil. I figured it’s time I combine the two, one of my favorite characters, Captain Rex with my new OC, Kalilah Skye.
A little background on her.. *bear with me, backstory is not my specialty!*
Mandalore is her home world, force sensitive from a young age she was taken from her family to the Jedi temple, she has no idea who her parents are. Her name was given to her by the Jedi. Her master was Plo Koon. During the clone wars she passed the Jedi trials and became a Jedi knight. Throughout her training to become a Jedi she struggled with many of the ideals of the Jedi, never quite finding her place among the others due to her own beliefs. During the height of the clone wars she was assigned by the council to serve with Anakin Skywalker as co-leader of the 501st. Anakin took her under his wing and viewed her as a little sister. She shared many of the same ideals as Anakin. From the day she met Captain Rex she felt a connection to him, and he to her. In a short time they were very close, close enough to make them reconsider their positions in the war.
