The scary thing about Bass/Forte is that he always looks aggressive. He always has that vicious murderous look on his face. But then, being Megaman's adversary, one has to be if they want to be imposing or menacing in someway.

I think I know what would be even frekier; if Bass had a pair of fangs like a vampire. That would make his frown all the more hideous and intimidating! Then he'd be the first robotic vampire!
