Description
Tonight I stand here all alone,I stand within the bitter cold completely thrown,
you once held kindness like the sun had shown,
but now you've left, my heart turned to stone.
My silent tears drop down along the floor,
my hidden thunderstorm finally beginning to pour,
your heart had once loved me like a beach and sky along the shore,
but now you left me in the rain, and my heart can no longer ignore.
So in moments of my true despair, I let my tears slide down unchecked,
because you won the battle and came to collect,
my once pleasantly loved heart fallen upon your reject.

i love that line.
the only thing i wish was different about it is that there was one more line at the end. because the lines rhyme at the end with every 4 lines and the last group is only three lines...
but otherwise great poem!
