1. Are you new to beta reading?
I'm not new to beta-reading. I've been through MANY beta-readers before

2. Your age (optional):
35, but it really doesn't matter how old my beta-reader is.

3. Genre(s) – Please be specific to pieces you want beta read:
Mostly Comedy, Romance, and Drama. Virtually all my fanfics are femslash/yuri (I write both). One fanfic is a romantic story with some comedy in it. Another is an inspiration drama that also have life lessons in it.

4. Rating: G, PG, PG-13, R, or MA?
For now R, but possibly MA in the future

5. Warnings: Sex, violence, politics, religion, and other hot button issues.
Sexual Orientation (Lesbianism). Some bashing of right-wing ideology and religion, but I keep that in a minimum.

6. What's your writing skill level?
Intermediate

7. How serious are you about your writing?
It's a hobby, but I do take some of my writings serious, and I do take beta-reading serious.

8. What writing aspects are you trying to improve?
Grammar and punctuation!!!
Expanding my vocabulary (so I can use alternatives to words like "said", "replied", "responded", etc.)
Also some characterization and story flow, but not too much

9. What are you looking for in the beta reader?
A person who will really put the effort to beta-read my story and critique it as such (in other words, be honest). I want my story to look good.
A person who knows the fanfic. If not, they must be willing to take the time and do the research on the fanfic (watch the TV/movie, read the book, look at other fanfics, etc.)
A person who is willing to do the research of the particular time period of the fanfic (my fanfic ranges from early-70s to today, and it could go even further).

10. Do you promise to put sincere effort into your partnership?
