I should have said it in the previous page, but I like the difference of the nightgowns they are wearing. It really reflects their personalities, with Alexandra wearing a granny-like one, and Meldoy wearing a sexy (for its time) one.

actually, if you read some of the seventies DeCarlo Pussycat stories, Alexandra was a pretty foxy girl, herself. The granny gown is funny, though, and works with this comic strip.

In the cartoon, her nightwear was even less appealing. I think it looks really cute though. It gives her an innocent, virginesque quality that's in line with her unrequited Alan obsession. XD This comic is based more on the cartoon version obviously.

Yeah, I do remember a few of them, though I never was big on Josie as I was with Archie. The way she was written for this story made her a bit conservative like she was in the cartoon. Though, I personally prefer the comic one.

I think I may like the cartoon more, one big reason is Sherry Alberoni, but the comic is probably sexier just due to the fact that DeCarlo drew it himself. XD I wish though Archie would re-release more of the comics. I was kind of pissed that the digests I would have subscriptions to would never have their stories in them and the "Best Of" graphic novel doesn't have a lot of content at all.

I love that Alexandra tries to make it seem like she's being hesitant, even though she clearly laid down for Melody at some point.
Meanwhile, in the next room over, Josie and Valerie already have the beds pushed together.
