I never found Buggy the least bit attractive till this arc. Seriously, what the hell, Buggy. You very quickly skyrocketed to one of my favorite characters with your WACKY COWARDLY ANTICS.Also, blue ponytail. *w*
Buggy the Clown is (c) to One Piece and Eichiro Oda. Charms are made with Sculpey III clay, painted with acrylic paints, then coated with Sculpey Glaze.

It was the same for me! He was completely meh until Impel Down, and then suddenly I fell in love with him! Srsly, Impel Down Buggy is hawt.
