My second and final entry for this amazing design, ah
It's very helpful to listen to the song above while looking at this... perfect fit *-*
However, what isn't a perfect fit is the background. I've tried so many colour combinations and none worked. Oh well, take this! The best I can do >: D
This character... is so pretty.. I imagine they just love drifting in the ocean, going to wherever the current takes them!
I also just realized I do so many ocean themed submissions ;0;
