for [link] contestVicente is a terrifying and wild man of the woods. He was driven insane at age 8 by Team Rocket experiments with psychic pokemon and escaped into the woods.
Vicente wears the head of an Arcanine that he brutally slaughtered. He thinks nothing of beating or killing pokemon, and keeps his team in line by whipping them with supple willow branches.
