EDIT: More work done, have to finish the tail and colour.
Just playing around with values and tones. A new style to try out too.
Ugh yeah I don't know what exactly is with the swimsuit thing either... I promise I never draw things like this.
Hopefully I will finish it. Drawn in SAI with a bamboo wacom.
