Was going to say to make the puppy figure a character until he turned into a mutant. The ears reminded me slightly of the Muppet Pianist, Rowlf the Dog. [link] >.< but it looks cool to me, something different than cats, yet retains the same form of one.
Which reminds me, you changed the layout of this radioactive cat person, thinner limbs, and back legs are as a feline's should be. (though i must say i like the traditional cartoon legs better, these are also good-looking and gives variety to your drawings)
Blocks 1 and 3 are my favorites >.< (1.) because it isn't know IF the suspect actually committed a crime, or if the cat just wanted to play super hero (as portrayed by their expressions) and (3.) for the radioactive hairball hitting him in the eye xP with the cat's smug sense of satisfaction. I guess that was the infamous "Tom-and-Jerry" Effect.

yeah, i wondered when someone would call me out on that...always cats. (and i don't even own any cats.)
i'm lazy, so i didn't really bother (or care enough) to look at the first installment as a reference to Radioactive Cat. -ashamed-
i will say that before starting the first one, i thought about the poses (and on the rough draft, i HAD drawn that cat with more cartoonish limbs) but felt like i should do something a little different.
it's always very interesting to me to know what kinds of things people notice in my works, and how they perceive it. especially because 'what people find funny' alters from person to person--so knowing what my watchers are looking for is a HUGE help to me so i'm able to bring my best. (BIG thank you to you!! ^w^ )
