The angle of the head is okay by itself, I think that the problem is her collar is a little too big, so it messes up the neck. But I think it looks fine is you don't look too closely~

I thought that at first, but after doing a lot of measurements, I concluded that almost every part of this portrait had a little problem, and I was too lazy to redraw it...
