ok a request is where an artist asks another artist (like you) to do some art for them. where as a commision is the same as a request but costs money or points! An art trade is slightly diferen, what happens is one artist will make some art for the other artist but the other artist will make some art for the person he requested off!

And i can do all of those but i do them rarely to people who i don't know :d But if you want me to draw something for you then it's ok. (rambling again lol) Just tell me what you want me to draw and the background and stuff.
