This is really well done! It is so interesting that this could impact so well, gore can sometimes be too gross or too fake but I think this hits the mark well!
Also, Did you use sivvied raspberries for the blood?

It's sad, but really very often we have to write our feelings on our skin because the person, who is supposed to know them can't read them out in other way... Great photo.

Wow, I usually horribly dislike blood and gore, but this image does it in such an interesting way that I can't help but like it. The blood pooling in the tub, smeared across her body, the gash straight down the center that looks to be drying up. The writing on her chest is very intriguing. The fact that her head appears to be missing makes it just that much darker to me. Great job!
As for an actual critique, the only thing that really stood out to me was that the blood in the bathtub looks to be a bit thin, a bit watery. Of course, a bunch of blood in a bathtub might look like that, I wouldn't know, but that is the only thing I noticed

It's like looking through the eyes of a serial killer...freeking creepy...Or the eyes of a crime scene investigator. It amazes me that people can step into a mindset like this and create a setting so horrific. It obviously must take extreme imagination and creativity.
The purple tone in the hands actually makes it look as though she struggled which adds an extra fear factor to this! Creepy and creative.
Me thinks you could make horror movies!

it looks realistic, if you want some critique...... itΒ΄s the missing modelΒ΄s head for me. Face can express a lot of emotion and it could be good for this photo. But anyway, itΒ΄s great piece and this is only my personal feeling
