I believe the accent is Irish. I'm not that a hundred percent sure, but darn close. The red hair and green eyes also make me say Irish, as does the fact she wears green. Cartoonist generally have a reason as to why characters wear what they do.
BUT BESIDES THAT. As late as I am seeing this picture it's till so cute <333333333 I'm just an 86 supporter in general so 2/86, 1/86, and of course 30c/86 all work for me. I just like seeing 86 in there being.. her.. XD

a lot of people say i am Fanny's double because i look like her, dress like her (our school uniforms consist of a green sweater and oarange skirt. ironic, no?) and i have an extream dislike for guys......

yeah, our school uniforms (for the girls anyway) are a green sweater with a white dress shirt underneath, and an orange skirt. i myself have frizzy red hair and my friend says that i look just like her
