Descripition: Poo, couldn't sleep T_T So i doodled this in bed togheter with the other 3 characters of my small sucky low qualitie comic called "Agenda War" gotta continue that when school starts.
Anyways, this is the dark agenda Doll, i created long time ago, this is his final design, the first time I drew him i was actualy drawing a Guitarist, from out school band, but then i changed him, and made him all my own, FEATHERS IN TEH HAIR! 8D, and yeah.....so i had this Gothic Fairy, with a guitare, what more? I wanted to name him Edward, but bah, didn't fit him, so i Asked the Goth girl from my class, she'll give him a better name than i Ever will, and so she named him Billy, based off the Guitarist from Good Charlotte, Weeee! So Billy is his name, and now! Time for some CHaracter Descripition!
Character Descripition: The main character of the Agenda story "Macarabre Fairy Tale" Billy's full name is Bill O'Merlin Cross, but his Palio ol' pals (even if he doesn't have pals) calls him Billy, short, simple, and cuddle, So the Bill is a very DIFFREND Fairy out of all the fairies, his wings for example, are diffrend, but faster than the other ones, his style is very diffrend to, he is just, like the black sheep in the big school of white sheep Fairies, Yess, You heard that right, A Fairy School, and Bill is in that school to learn to be a Good, Perfect Fairy, and guess what, Bill is the best student that school has! But of course, everyone wants to be his friend, but Billy doesn't want friends, let's say, he's a bit selfish with a big ego, but he has a soft heart for small girls, and waddabout his parents? do fairies have parents 0.o meh, if they do, Bill's parents are alive then, spoiling their small little goth smexy Kiddo, And oh, he appears in the "Agenda War" comic, wich i shall upload someday, low qualitie, but still good humor, ha-ha. Anyways, yeah he'll be appearing in the comic, like the dude who hates everything, Noisy people, Love, kids, blah.

How did I get this Idea?: Couldn't sleep.
