Description
Looks like two members of Team Rocket's scuba infiltration division has gotten themselves ambushed and caught just as they were about to enter their drain pipe escape route for exfiltration. Their succesful (until now) heist would have enriched their criminal organisation with several valueable and rare pokemon secured in their water proof duffle bags. Officer Jenny would have none of it as she learned of their dastardly plans and awaited their return with an incapacitating net musket, property of the local police force. A couple of hours of patient waiting and a bullseye later, victory is all but assured for our unseen heroine as she sees her criminal captives thrashing about in a futile attempt to find an opening in the strongly woven mesh. The loot lies to the side ready for a pick up just inches from their encased and grubby hands. Nothing to do for Jenny now other than tightening the net to stop them from fighting their flippers off and hang them to dry so they'll be ripe for police pick up.
