I am pleased. It's not everyday, either, that this dry, gasping thirst of mine is so ravenously quenched.
Right off the bat, I'm blown away -- left breathless by the prize I see before me: a glorious, incandescing interpretation of the common, running joke we all love to partake in. But the dazzling method you utilized here leaves one with a sense -- rather -- of looking upon two, bulging lovelies of a gilded dream; two, heavenly jewels encased in polyester, devising to break free; or two sensational imaginings of Any Guy's wettest daytime fantasy.
The backround does well in terms of lighting and mood, which, here, would be "contented drooling", but fulfilling nonetheless. The lone hand at her hip is also a nice touch, as well as is the lifting of the shirt, scrunching just over her jeans and bringing her "budding" beauty to roaring life.
The top of the piece is a waterfall of vibrancy, insensifying the overall impact with her well-defined texture, her clear attitude, and her flaming mane that glosses the picture with a swirling display of tone and flowing glimmer, which slides over the summit of her breasts and leads graciously into her perfect cleavage.
But now back to those swelling gems: The loose buttons, obviously, add the extra kick to the whole thing, giving one a satiating glimpse of her pink bra, bobbing gently below the surface of this snug, Japanese-T. The bra, however, is not hindering her buxom chest in the slightest, as her zesty nipples can attest.
In all, this is one of the most strikingly-luscious pieces I've seen in a while, and I am utterly convinced that you know how to not only grab attention, but keep it in salivating enthrallment.

The critique is fair, but I see no evidence of a bra anywhere. There are certainly no straps under the tee. I also like the pic.
I do kinda wish that someone had, if they could have, translated the characters on the tee.

Yes, you are up there, too. But, face reality. With a bust that large, and a Tee cut like that, there is almost no way to ignore what's so readily on display - so, there will be a lot of attention paid to those breasts. That you're strikingly pretty as well only increases the overall attention. But that bust will never not be noticed.
