Hope the card didn't scare her
(if it came, that is)So yes I know this was mostly drawn for my own enjoyment, but I wanted to draw *something* for my friend's daughter and I hope she grows up to love Beauty and the Beast (among other things) so I thought I might as well try to help *he he* Still cannot believe how easy he was to draw. All those years of adoration had to pay off some way, I guess
I finished it a week ago and was dying to finally put it up, but I had to wait for the little princess' actual birthday.

This movie came out the year I was born! And my name is Elizabeth and Beauty & the Beast is my MOST favorite (out of countless disney favs) disney movie!!! Lol and I think this image is PERFECT! I love it! You don't get to see this expression on the Beast's face in fan art, or even in the movie. Here the Prince Adam underneath really comes through, and I love that part of the movie!

Oh Beast my love! My initial thoughts when I first saw the Prince replacing Beast was "Who are you? Give me my Beast back ... NOW!"
The Prince looks like a ponce, then again French men of that time do look like one, so I have to say that Disney was spot on at making the Human Beast/Prince look like a peacock-flaunting Prince. I just hoped that the human version of him would be more ... manly. Not expecting him to be handsome, but just ... something shouts "I am the BEAST".
Ah well I fail then as a Belle. Anyway I completely adore Beast's expression.

The worst of my exams are over, still have two more, but they're gonna be okay. Naw, I didn't get a tablet, and I don't think I will until I can get Photoshop back. ;_; I did get some stuff done, and am now having a whole lotsa fun at the Anime Matsuri Convention! I'm gonna be there all weekend. ^^

I love that movie, -dances- I love to sing to it as well. -sigh- Ironic me and my friend started to sing Be our Guest earlier today. I really like it, the shading is well done and he looks absolutely adorable! His expression is very sweet too, no I don't think this will scare Elizabeth.
