A few artists/writers got together to create art/drabbles/ficlet/whatever based on some of her own pieces, and I chose to loosely base myself on her awesome " Shaving" picture, to create this awfully OOC piece, but once I got the idea I couldn't get it out of my head...

I haven't seen the anime much except for a random episode here and there, but I can so imagine Jin as an un-morning person.
I wish his clothes would be all messy, too, but I guess that's too much to ask from Jin, eh?

Yes, I know I should probably have made his clothes messy (like having his kimono hang off one shoulder a bit), but I thought the messy hair and beard were probably already too much for perfect Jin, so there *he he*

I keep thinking of Gin whenever I hear Jin. XD There is a slight similarity somewhere and I can't figure out what it is exactly. Maybe it's just their names?

For the longest tim, I thought Gin was pronounced "Jin", which annoyed me because I didn't like Gin. Then I got used to pronouncing it right and slowly fell for him at the same time.

Oh yes! Jin was instant "OMG pretty Ishida-ancestor samurai" Love. Gin was more along the lines of "OMG you're a bastard but somehow I love you because of what you seem to have with Rangiku" Love...

Exactly! If it wasn't for Rangiku and her relationship with Gin, I might have disliked him till the end of time, especially after his encounter with Rukia.
