I like the idea but it could use some feedback I think. The first thing I see it the subheader. Really good job. It is just a well designed subheader with cool gradients and a cool illustration But if your target audience is the business market, you may change that kid into a real business man. This will make it more professional. Also you could use some more gradients at the Upload your CV now area, the "Search Jobs" area and the footer. This will make it look like a real professional and well designed layout. Also the Logo on top, could be placed more to the top. Maybe in the center of the top header.

The navigation button which is selected could use more light. It is kind of dark now, you may make it some brighter green. The "post it" at the Upload your CV area could be better cut out because it is a bit of rough. I think you've used the Magic Wand tool or something. Perfectionize will give you more clients in the future

The text in the footer is not good aligned. You may work on the space between both lines and the aligns as I said earlier.
