I had a feeling Dylan would like this one 83. Ahahahah...Oh Hixnu<3 What is there to say about him? The man is a psycho, a beast, a marauder and self titled "most honest politician of ALL". Its sad how its mostly true.
He's an original character, from the setting that Nat and I created together. If it isn't obvious, he's a "prime minister"... but rules as a dictator. And lives in office like he's a goddamn rock star.
