(Download the FULL-SIZED Image please.)I figured that Kyo and Beni would be the two leads of 'The Lonely Island' if it came down to that... because, they're both SIMPLY not wack... (Also, it doesn't help I was listening to the 'Incredibad' album while making this.)
I had to reference alot of KOF NESTS art for Beni and Yabuki, mostly A. Looking for a pose to mess with and B. I can't draw Beni for shit. Or rather... I don't draw him enough. I seemed to have nailed down Daimon, but eh. Messed around with the strokes as you can see... Experimental.
I'm SO stoked about KOFXII. I hope Shingo shows up in the series soon...
I might make an alternative 'magazine' cover; These guys look like they'd be on the cover of some fighting equivalent of 'Teen-Beat'...

Now this is excellent. Just like you are, I'm hoping to see Shingo in XII, too, along with Rock Howard. Although, that could be a little impossible, but we can still keep our hopes up.

Hey, a fan can dream, can he? Besides, XII's a special "dream match" edition like '98 & 2002, meaning that dead characters only retuns in those kind of installment, like Mature. She was dead, and she appears in '98, 2002, and now XII. Not to mention the fact that Raiden *shudders* has never been in KOF, and he's in the dream match.
But, yeah, you're right, Rock's most likely not to be confirm in XII. We could just wait a little longer, at least. Until then, the Maximum Impact series holds him for us.

in America KOFXII came out before NeoGeo Battle Coliseum.... and well. Any self respecting SNK fan can tell you NGBC is a lousy disappointment compared to KOFXI. Such is the case of KOFXII before KOF2002UM. I mean, I really 2002UM is already out in Japan, and it's a fun dream match, but at this point, I'm actually for once not looking forward to a dream match but a just a fucking new KOF.
Can give a shit for anything else right now.
