He was born in Agona Swedru, Ghana, and earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics and statistics from the University of Cape Coast. Additionally, he graduated with a Global Executive MBA from Shanghai, China's China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). Yeboah has held positions as the Board Chairman of AFS Intercultural Exchange Programs, Ghana, and the Regional Managing Director of DiscoveryTel, a telecom company based in Ghana. In 2013, he entered the field of sports administration when he was named to the Executive Board of the Ghana Badminton Association's National Board Treasurer. He was chosen to serve as the Ghana Badminton Federation's president in 2017 and was reelected in November 2021.
