She does have a back story. She was the Joker's psychiatrist until she fell in love with him,and proceeded to break him out of Arkham Asylum. Love is when you move a couch together, TRUE love is when you move bodies together. Harley and Joker have something going for their relationship~

She looks just ughkzbs the boots are too much her top has WAY too big a slot down the middle to kick the shit out of Batman and her hair and eye makeup is just...*shrudders* awful....her blonde hair was always an attribute to them making fun of her being a ditz! I could understand undertones of black and red but DC is REALLY pushing my buttons >

I highly agree with you! They really are! I liked the old Harley, because she was cute, funny, and original. This Harley just looks like a whore dressed as a clown :L
