Zuko of Avatar: The Last Airbender.Not totally vectored from a nick.com wallpaper. I "aged him up" some, giving him long hair and a new look, modeling the outfit after the formal clothing he and Azula both wore at his father's royal inauguration. Why hello, Fire Lord Zuko.
