Piece of concept art for a game I've been programming in my spare time. Don't feel obligated to read the extraordinarily dorky image description below.Depicted are the game's protagonists, Samson and Delilah. Samson is holding his cement pillar which he calls "The Brutalist," though Delilah calls it "The Compensation." Helping him carry it are the ghosts of the girls of bus B-26, who were crushed by the pillar on their way to school (they have since taken to graffitiing it.) Delilah is at the end of the pillar with her tuning forks to the beyond.

I love the ghosty girls (damn, that sounds like the name of a Emo band!) and the crown of angels (are they angels? or are they titans?)

Really loving this! The concept is fantastic, and the characters look fresh and interesting. I also love the ghost school girls, haha. They really add something to it, maybe a cute lightheartedness? (Some of that graffiti is hilarious.) While at the same time being sort of creepy, and very useful. It's complex. I love it. The figures forming the arc at the top sure do make the composition more interesting, too. Angels? They have a weird dangerous feeling, somehow. The color, maybe. Speaking of which, all of your colors are amazing. I adore the way you colored the ghosts, and the execution of lighting on the two main characters looks great. <3

It's a subversive reference to the bible story. The idea is similar (to the point of ripping off) the song "Samson" by Regina Spektor.

i read the description and it was just as interesting as the picture itself. the guy's arm seems too long or disjointed or something though, but everything else is hauntingly beautiful--especially the ghost girls. (:

Now that's some original design. I can't help but wonder if the gameplay will try to be original as well or if it will mostly be a beat them all with a plot... But I guess this would already be pretty original.

Awesome! The story and the art both. I love weapons like that, just a huge slab of steel reinforced cement. My favorite parts of this are the two girl on the bottom of the pillar, telling secrets, and Delilah's tuning forks to the beyond.

As for the ART this is great, gets the personality of your characters across well, I think (I don't actually know their personalities so it's hard to say I suppose) and of course the technique and colors are wonderful as always. Bravo! eue
