Aww, I remember this guy! I always thought these two were going to get together within the movie. I mean it was obvious they liked each other, and he seemed sweet enough for a character with so little screentime. And Little Mermaid 2 was probably my favorite of the Disney sequels. At least when I was younger ... haven't seen it in a while.
Anyway, enough rambling. Very sweet pic! As someone else stated, Melody's expression is the cutest. <3 And I love how soft the colors look. Very pastel-y.
