Holy crap.. At first I was like, woah, I didn't know there were swamps in cold places! Can't be! Then I noticed the infrared filter in your info. That is such an awesome effect! Kudos to you!

I thought this was infrared - I love its effect of making everything look frosted over. My favorite part of your composition here is the two trees level with each other in the background: how they stand at opposite sides of the river, one bare and the other in full foliage.
