The original anime waifu is back! With an anime from David Productions of Jojo fame non the less. I really like how they updated the 80's look of the characters keeping them distintive from the other anime characters you see nowdays.

I started watching the new Urusei Yatsura anime out of curiosity, I knew who Lamù was I saw the original anime randomly on TV when I was younger, but the remake is a good opportunity to get to know a classic anime and manga character.

On the name, why "Lamù" and not "Lum" you ask? Well, in the Italian dub of the original serie she always been called that, and looking at the japanese it's "ラム" witch translated is "Ramu" so I kept the Italian name. But I can see where "Lum" is coming from, and at the end all three names are equally good!
