Description Life drawing from my time at the Drawing Academy in Denmark, autumn semester 2011.

This is a hand study of one of my classmates. He did a great job holding that uncomfortable pose for about 4-5 hours (over several days, of course) ^^

I like the way the arm kind of dissipates into sketchiness at the top. feels like it's appearing or disappearing from somewhere

Thank you! The fading effect is a typical thing in classical drawing, to show that something is disappearing into the distance
