.. such an awesome god forbid song...thought id give this photomanipulation another shot, and i actually used other people's stock for the first time ever! yey!

Did she became a butterfly? I like the manip, and the extreme green looks well in there.
As for butterflies... I never quite liked them.. They seem beautiful but they're really ugy! lol As for the freedom they tend to represent, well, that's something that life tries to teach us everyday, we're just too blind to see it: that we are in fact free! Because the choices are ours.

I really really like the butterflies at the top--especially against the tree-like background. It's my favorite part of this one.
Choosing such a bright green for the subject was a little unsettling at first, but after further consideration I think it really contrasts well with the whole piece---especially when taking in the "earthy" symbolism implied therein. It's almost as if after death, the subject was given back to nature... and her soul allowed to float free.
At least, thats what I get from it.

I like how you used other people's stock, and still managed to give the overall effect a clear touch of Manyesque beauty, which is so typical for your gallery: It's original, freaky, funky, beautiful, dark and wonderful.

Now that is cool. I was looking at the top of the page and I was like, "Hmm butterflies," then I scrolled down and I was like... "Butterflies... And... Suicide? Jesus." Looks amazing.
Especially like the way you reflected the insects in the blood pool; great colorization and size for a picture like this.

I like this though... I like the vertical lines... they bring the to the bottom of the image nicely adding to the "down" feeling of it. I also like the subtle reflection of the butterflies at the bottom. Nice job cutie
