Cymbian is the normal-sound type, clap pokemon. The name is a combination of cymbal and simian. The design is based on the cymbal monkey toys.When in danger, it claps at high decibels to frighten predators.
It should have the Soundproof ability, or maybe sound-based moves even boosts its attacks.
