The concept and colour of this picture is great!
but there are a few thing's that need to be done in order to take this from being a great image, to an Awesome image!
First thing's first:
-the image is somewhat blurred
=this can be fixed by scaling it down by a maximum of 2o pixels [any more than 2o pixels on an image of this size is unecessary and un-ideal]
-the contrast and colour could still be improved by just a smidge, try tweaking the levels of saturation and contrast just a little bit
-Softglow would bring out the areas that are light with a near HDR [High Dynamic Range] effect, and would also improve the image in terms of contrast.
and last but not least:
the frame needs to be a little bit thicker, about 5 pixels in width on all sides should do it
all in all it's a great picture, and all it need's is some fine tuning
