Well... it's not completely useless.
The cell is imaginary and as soon as you realize that, it disappears. Inspecting imaginary objects is generally a waste of time.

(and i deeeeeeply disagree on the waste of time.. personally.. inspecting very very careful my own imagination has led me a lot further than inspecting whatever else

because some outside factors influence every breath you take in this lifetime
and unfortunately the outside factors are not so nice indeed...
they give us fear, stress.. they take away our freedom..
they make you imagine yourself in a cage..
and i am pretty convinced this is their main purpose..
when you start thinking and realizing that your cell is imaginary.. you destroy it! thats just very good!
and what is your imagination seeing now behind the walls of the cell?
(because the imagination is still there.. you didnt destroy that one! did ya!

stuff like beautiful world, love, life, fairy tales and whatever.. some nice stuff.. ?
thats your imagination too.. seeng the good side of life..
but these things hardly exist for a long time in the world of cells and walls..
they need space, light, fresh air.. closed in a cell they die..
so here we are..

all imagining beautiful stuff and trying to make it reality..
and it will take the power of all of us to make the imaginary beautiful world reality..
it has taken a long time for the ugly imaginations to come to reality .. they have ruled us and still do..
but who's gonna stand that for a long time?
we all want to enjoy life, dont we?
paying attention to your imagination does not necessary mean you have to get lost in there..

Ok, so inspecting imagination helps.
I still think that there is a better way though.
If inspecting imagination is like watching TV without believing in their lies, what I want is not watching TV.

I'd say it's a modelling device. We need models of reality so we can simulate future events and such things.

I disagree. There is nothing wrong with the world. The world is as it is. What gives us stress is our imaginary world that is different from the real world. And fears are also caused by our imagination, not by the world.
People create reality they imagine, so the first step should be to make their inner worlds beautiful. How?
