Lord Marshal Williamsstory time, while I was trainning, I was in Africa at the time, Dafur at the time was a war-zone. Innocet people murdered, homes destroyed, lives ruined. We came across a small village where a group a gurrilla's were raiding,*scough* men armed with AK's and machetes against farmmers with little more than a tool used to farm to defend themselves. Ariel had asked me what will you do? So I showed her. Myself and a few droids put down around 30 rebels and disarmed about 10. The prisoners, I made them dig there own graves with there bare hands but one who didn't was taken out into wild, tied down next to an ant hill. Why was this man given such special treatment? It was not that he wouldn't dig or that he did anything more or less herendis, it was when I made my way to him he looked up at me and begged for his life, even after I saw those villagers beg for their lives and they forced them on there knees and shot them with a grin on there face. To do things like that and to simply exept your fate when it catches up to you is one thing, but to grovel and beg for mercy when you yourself had the chance to do so and not, is unforgivable to me. The villagers, I helped them bury there dead, gave them some supplies I had and left. I think about that day from time to time and that maybe I could of done things different, but then I remind myself, I made my desision just as those gurrillas did and it can't be changed.

So...what's the purpose of this story? The ant hill thing was just pointless cruelty on your part-unless you're saying you regret sinking to their level- and I don't suppose you've never paused to consider that Ariel apparently didn't stop or admonish you for it?

Also, back to my original point, that story doesn't quite help. See, most nations on the planet aren't like those gurillas. If those are the means you regularly employ when you decide to just run around conquering everything because you think you're better qualified to run things than anyone else, then you're kind of a sick man and pretty damned self righteous.

Lord-Marshal Williams I suppose your right, after we left the village, Ariel came up to me and said "You have a lot to learn."This was in the early days when Ariel and I just meet and took me under her wing. I was a villan by all accounts, true the b.s begging for ones life still pisses me off but I just let them keep it now. I was only doing what I thought Ariel was expecting me to do. I am not defending what I did, I can admit when I was wrong
